2. What types of applications can recycled FRP be used?
It can be used in spray-up, putties, casting, concrete reinforcement, RTM, pre-forms, compression molding, and pultrution.
3. What types of products can be made from recycled FRP?
A variety of products can be manufactured with recycled FRP. For example: bath tubs, spas, sinks, boats, modular buildings, moldings. In most cases the objective is to reincorporate your trimmings back into your product, to cut down on material and dumping costs.
4. Are there other alternative scrap materials that can be used with your recycling systems?
Yes, acrylic, laminates, polyester, epoxy, aluminum cans, glass bottles, and PET can be used, to name a few. Note, soft plastics should not be used.
